UTC and 09:45 UTC on 25 January 2023, customers experienced issues
with networking connectivity, manifesting as network latency and/or
timeouts when attempting to connect to Azure resources in Public
Azure regions, as well as other Microsoft services, including M365
and PowerBI.
UPDATE:
Networking
telemetry shows the final networking equipment recovering at 09:35 UTC.
There is an ongoing issue with MS SQL servers blocking some
functionality of the Wiser KNX cloud. Due to this, you may face
various problems with your Wiser KNX application. MS team is working
on the fix. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
UPDATE: The issue has been fixed.
Currently, we are registering an issue with the W4KNX Remote Access
service causing security problems with web browsers when connecting to
the W4KNX devices remotely. We are working on the fix.
